1. Clary sage against hot flashes

3. Ylang-ylang, the essence of desire
It is totally false to believe that all women experience a loss of libido with menopause, but essential oils can help those who are concerned. Euphoric and relaxing, ylang-ylang essential oil is the queen of aphrodisiac essential oils and therefore a great ally to face a stressful menopause punctuated by a lack of desire in sexuality. It is used more particularly in massage in the lower back after dilution (50 drops for 50 ml of oil).
4. The marjoram with shells against the disorders of the mood
Moodiness, irritability, sensitivity… Menopause can affect your state of mind, and here again, essential oils can help you. With its rebalancing and invigorating effect, marjoram essential oil can be very useful. If you feel irritated, rub a drop of this oil on your wrists and breathe it in deeply. You can also use it to improve the quality of your sleep. To do this, massage a drop on your solar plexus every night or mix it with equal parts of mandarin, ravintsara and petit grain bigarade essential oils for a diffusion in the bedroom before going to bed.
5. Rosewood and cistus ladaniferus for a beautiful skin
Menopause and age are two factors that will change the appearance of the epidermis. When the hormonal flow changes, the skin as well as the mucous membranes tend to become drier. The essential oil of rosewood will then allow to take care of the skin. Dilute 5 drops of rosewood essential oil in 10 drops of rose hip vegetable oil and apply it to your clean skin morning and night. And to firm the skin, turn to the essential oil of cistus ladanifera. Count 2 drops of essential oil for 1 tablespoon of daisy oil macerate. Massage this on your skin as a night treatment.
6. True lavender against mood swings
True lavender essential oil is excellent for menopausal women who go from laughter to tears in a flash. The simple fact of breathing a bottle of lavender essence deeply and slowly can then allow to calm your emotions. You can use it as a diffuser, one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening, after mixing it with marjoram and ylang-ylang oil. You can also soothe yourself with a massage of the solar plexus, the inside of the wrists and the top of the foot. To do this, mix oil of lavender, Roman chamomile, neroli, basil and lemon bedew in a small bottle. Then dilute one drop of this mixture in 3 drops of calophylla vegetable oil before massaging.
7. Tea tree against vaginal dryness related to menopause
Aromatherapy can be helpful in cases of vaginal dryness to soothe burning and itching of the genital area. Tea tree essential oil can be applied inside the panties (3 drops – never on or in the vagina). In addition, you can massage your lower abdomen with 1 drop of clary sage essential oil, twice a day for twenty days. This will calm the discomfort.
