Try acupressure for constipation!
You have tried all kinds of medicines and natural remedies for constipation, you have even gone through fruits and vegetables but nothing helps; You are still constipated or have chronic constipation. But have you tried acupressure to treat your constipation?
Acupressure may be an avenue to explore to promote your transit, it is safe and acting on these points can help you resolve your constipation problem more quickly. You do not have to use all of the points listed below. Using just one or two of these whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure point: ST25 – Tian Shu – Chinese Name: 天 樞
Site : 10 cm (on each side) from the navel.
Advantages : abdominal pain, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, gurgling in the abdomen, gas, abdominal bloating, pain around the navel, water retention in the abdomen, irregular periods, premenstrual disturbances.
Acupressure point: ST36 – Zu San Li – Chinese Name: 足 三 里
Site : four finger widths below the patella towards the outside of the tibial plateau.
Advantages : Strengthens the whole body to prevent and relieve allergies. It is the “point of life” and the point of balance to stimulate energy, remove knee pain, stomach pains, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, the constipation, dizziness, mental disorders, schizophrenia, arterial sclerosis, poor digestion especially of proteins and carbohydrates, diabetes, breast abscess, mastitis, pain and swelling in the chest, the effects secondary to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Strengthens and tones muscles and improves skin condition all over the body.
Acupressure point: ST37 – Shang Ju Xu – Chinese Name: 上 巨 虛
Site : 8 finger width below the lateral cavity of the patella, on the line connecting the eye of the patella and the external malleolus.
Advantages : abdominal bloating, severe constipation, diarrhea, dysentery, appendicitis, lower abdomen cramps, knee pain, colitis, irritable bowels.
Acupressure point: UB57 – Cheng Shan – Chinese Name: 承 山
Site : directly under the gastrocnemius muscle (at the bottom of the bulge of the calf).
Advantages : leg cramps, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, constipation, sagging calf muscles, leg pain, lower back pain, poor circulation in the legs.
Acupressure point: The Large Intestine Point
Site : 10 cm left of the navel, then 10 cm lower.
Advantages : constipation, parasites, lower abdominal pain, gas, abdominal bloating and indigestion.
Press 3 times intensely (without forcing all the same) for 30 seconds on the points indicated, release the pressure while inhaling. It is important to drink plenty of hot water after the massage to help your body clear away toxic substances.
