How to naturally treat a fibroid and avoid surgery? These benign tumors can actually be cured without surgery using natural remedies.
Uterine fibroids, also called fibroid tumors or uterine myomas or uterine leiomyoma, are characterized by solid growths appearing in the uterus especially in women of childbearing age and in pre-menopause. One of the causes is an imbalance in estrogen and progesterone, but other factors can exist such as pregnancy, stress, excess weight.
If you have recently been diagnosed with fibroids in the uterine cavity, it is very likely that at this time your gynecologist has prescribed the pill for you. You have been told that this is the only option and that you just have to be quiet, wait. Later, if and when you decide to have a child, the question of stopping the pill and the surgery may arise.
You feel better, so everything seems to be fine, right? This is exactly what a conventional gynecologist would and should tell you. The pain and the bleeding are gone, so you are “fixed”, at least for now …

Taking the pill does not solve the problem at the source…
Sadly, the pill does not completely stop the growth of myomas and it actually worsens the underlying hormonal issues responsible. After a while you will want to stop taking the pill and the ovarian tumor will grow back and potentially be more difficult to treat.
The pill depletes your hormones and nutrients, leaving you in poor health, with poor immunity and hampered metabolism. If it is stopped, then this can create a situation in which a hysterectomy seems to be the best choice.
Hysterectomy increases cardiovascular risk, among a number of difficult consequences. So I’m afraid it might not be all that trivial, even if you and your doctor think it makes sense to just take the pill and do nothing.
Fighting a fibroid naturally, without medication, will take time, but the results will be definitive. Always ask your gynecologist for advice on whether these remedies are suitable for you.
To fight a uterine tumor, it is first of all important to cleanse the liver for’help evacuate a fibroid (uterine or breast) on its own without specific medical treatment.
This is because estrogen-mimicking substances from pesticides and environmental toxins can get “stuck” in the liver and promote the development of fibroids.

To fight a fibroid, pay close attention to nutrition!
- Improve your nutrition by avoiding animal proteins (replace them as much as possible with vegetable proteins),
- Consume fresh vegetable juices at least twice a day,
- Consume fresh garlic, 4 cloves per day chopped or crushed for more efficiency (mixed with vegetable juice for example),
- A fiber intake at all meals, reduce alcohol and coffee.
- Promote a diet rich in fruits, dark leafy vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, cold-water and deep-sea fish, such as salmon and tuna (Be careful to remove raised fish, prefer -peaches !).
Foods not recommended for fibroma
Women with fibroids should reduce or eliminate the amount of Red meat, the dairy products, the eggs, the wheat and gluten, soy, L’alcohol and the foods high in sugar, in caffeine and in saturated fat of their diet.
Use detox plants …
Plants like milk thistle, chaste tree (Vitex), burdock, yellow dock, red clover, and artichoke help in liver detoxification, balance hormones, and reduce excess estrogen and inflammation.
Other species effective in treating fibroids are: black cohosh, Siberian ginseng, echinacea, goldenseal, red raspberries, licorice root, motherwort and dong quai. (People with heavy bleeding should avoid dong quai, as it may increase blood flow. This herb is also not recommended for women during pregnancy or near medical intervention, ask your gynecologist for advice).
